You retain ownership of the data you input into CoCRM ("User Data"). By using the service, you grant us a license to use, host, and display User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

- Violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Use the service to send unsolicited messages (spam) or harmful content.
5. Subscription and Billing
Certain features are available on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We use credits (paisa-based) for certain communication services. Credit usage is subject to our billing policies.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the application settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
